Ryu's eyes in DOA5 are still the same apple green they have been since DOA1.... they're just a tad more realistic in colour now.

Indeed, they are:

Chibi-Ryu's eyes are not really blue anyway. To me they are more green than blue. The color is nearly the same as Alpha's. And Alpha is definitely green.
