I think my top three characters for bringing to DoA from NG are:
1. Irene
2. Theodore
3. Elizabet (Human form, maybe briefly transform into demon form for Power Blow or something)
Though I also wouldn't mind Murai, Jo Hayabusa (maybe have him play more like DoA2U/3 Hayabusa with the handstand stance and all), or Genshin.
In other news, some people are saying the official DoA Facebook page has said there will be an announcement at East Coast Throwdown this weekend. I don't have a Facebook page (and I'm not going to get one), so I can't view the announcement, but at ECT they're scheduled to play DoA5U today at 6pm EST. The announcement may be then, or it may be tomorrow at 5pm EST when they have a general "Announcements" event scheduled.

You're perfectly right, my bad.
I don't know the Zelda's character but I saw some videos about it: I think that has some similarities but it's not the same. He is a character very talkative (with a great knowledge) and theatrical in acts and words, even if he know how to be violent without mercy. Apparently seems to give the impression to take everything lighlty and not seriously (thing that of course can only to contrast with the serious behavior of Ryu that appear to get on his nerves this attitude), even if of course the reality is pretty different.
If I have to compare him with a fictional character, the first example that pass on my mind is Tobi from Naruto in his "masked and serious appearence", even if in that incarnation he lack of the "apparently little serious and not focused" side of Regent of the mask.

I like these types of characters. I like the idea! Rafael, Helena, Ghirahim, they all have this.. theatrical aura.

I think it would be great if DOA got another(?) agent/special force character.
But since we have Bayman, I'd prefer a female to fill that spot. She could look like the Sexy Female Tekken Force Agent from the character concept poll from TKR (but covered up a bit, at least for a main costume lol)
