But whatever, I really really really (says it a billion more times) Don't wanna talk about males vs female costumes, if we keep going it's possible this topic could get locked soon. So bottom line Everyone needs more. The girls don't need a crap load more but they also don't need to not get anymore just for the sake of the guys.

I was upset that the guys were quite screwed last time, but that doesn't mean that this time the girls need to face the same problem. Ah it doesn't matter anyway, it's not like what is said here is gonna stop the girls from getting more anyway


So to (hopefully) change the topic, I seriously hope they fixed the online. I've never played a game online with so much lag in my life. It's freaking annoying

Yes it is annoying, I literally spent 10 minutes to play a three round fight online :(

(sees topic change) Yes!! Agreed online lag was my biggest issue with DOA 5. I'd only pick 5 connections bars and it still lagged.

A good amount of my fights are lag free. My biggest problem is not being able to join lobbies. :/ The game usually only lets me join one lobby out of a whole list despite meeting the requirements for almost all of the lobbies.

That happend to me on PS3! I wanted to join a looby. I heard the lobby BGM but the screen was black after 10 min you will get to the DOA5 Online menu :/. I hope we get a better netcode otherwise how you want to play 4 vs 4 tag online if the netcodes are bad ! TN Vs Netcode

Yeah, the "can't join lobby" issues are a PS3 exclusive. Allegedly, that's all patched up in 5U, according to TN.

I actually like the red pants and chains, always thought it was badass.
I always wanted good outfits, not many, is what i am trying to say, while I of course agree that the distribution of costumes is obviously unfair and the females are given more.

I am sure Leon, Ein etc will get some more nice outfits in the future, but I guess team ninja will always love their girls just a bit more. It is doa after all ^^

The same thing happens to me with the black screen. I've even had my whole system actually freeze numerous times from trying to join certain lobbies. >> Unacceptable.

I think either this or SC5 has the worst netcode in a fighting game. I really hope thry have improved it alot

TTT2 and Persona 4 Arena had really great netcode, And Skullgirls probrably has the best in any fighting game. Hope DOA5U could have netcode as good as theirs

I have one Question: Did the game freeze if you wanted to start the match too ?. I wanted to play with friends after selecting our characters blabla the game has begun to freeze then. That happend to me 3 times in a row. Connection was very good. The other what me goes to my nerves is , if you join a lobby and then at the moment where you get a message whatever and press the ps3 or xbox guide button the game will freeze too. that sucks really. I will tell you something a weird bug. I played a rank match and I wanted to get the F rank. I lost but I won GP points. After 4 Matches I lost too but I didnt lose GP.

What? Soul Calibur 5's netcode is drop dead gorgeous. (as long as you're playing someone semi-near you. It has it's ups and downs sometimes but the netcode is great.)

Brute, don't even start me on that pathetic costume pack for NG3:RE!

I used to have problems staying in the game for some reason when I played online. I'd be having a good fight then suddenly Alpha would drop to her knees and the opponent would win without touching me. Half the reason I stopped playing online was that damn problem. Now I can't find the energy to put it in again at all (ha). There's no Leon in my vanilla, and I know it's just around the corner so I won't play as well.

On a side note, I like how I was gone for two hours and we're suddenly two pages ahead.
