Personally id like to see more character themed costumes. More western/wrestling themes for tina, more frenchy/opera/business ish for helena, more cutey fashion trendy stuff for hitomi (her new C with the theigh high socks is right on the money), more spy movie cocktail dresses for christi etc etc


the racer garb is cool, but I dont see how that is related to tina or lisas character

Well you know NASCAR is a popular sport mostly in southern countries and since Tina is from Texas it makes sense for that. And Lisa is the fashionista of DOA so it kinda makes sense for her too

And I meant for group costumes to stick with that direction. I agree I also want more individual themed costumes as well

I could've sworn TN said you can use all characters in training even if you didn't buy them, but that seems to have changed. I don't think the game will bring in that many new people now

You can also now buy the entire cast for $35

It's looking like not (beyond the pay-for-character F2P Core Fighters model), as there are no character unlock achievements this time around and every playable build so far has included the entire roster.

Don't know for 100%, though.

I think they're unlocked from the get go, because I noticed in those Mystik/CH0SEN1 showcase streams that Ein, Leon, Jacky, Momiji and Rachel were already on the roster

I think only your wins/loses transfer over and not your rank b/c I think they are doing individual character ranks from now on.

If one feels like they deserve a fresh start for a new game (like I do), there's always the option to create a new ID/Gamertag. I think I'll take that route. NEEDS BETTER WIN RATIO lol. I can always change the numbers in my name into letters so my friends will recognize me...

I don't know. Since it's a different game with somewhat different mechanics with changes to characters and movelists and the addition of power launchers etc etc, I think they'd reset the rank.

Your rank and character rank appear to be separate. You get GP from matches and separate "CP" for your characters.
