There is looking sexy and there is looking like a little bitch. I will take Ein's disco outfit as I am one of the few players that thinks it looks cool and classy. I actually like Eins / Hayate's old hairstyle even though some would say it looked girly (I fail to see how). But an outfit with small devil wings? The hell!?

And nah Ein isn't gay. Compare his wardrobe to Eliot's wardrobe.

Hayate has always felt gayer to me than Ein. Ein just feels like one of those Abercrombie models who is forced to wear weird shit on workdays. Hayate built up the initiative to custom-tailer really gay-looking ninja attire.

For me it wasn't really the wings that made him look gay like, it was well..... everything else. As for me I also thought the hairstyle was better although it did give a femine edge

I can't say that a characters personality or looks tells whether they are gay or straight, it's always been the story. for example, Vega from SF is the most femine in that game but everyone knows he loves beuatiful women. Kanji from P4 is the most masculine in that game and.... he is still in the closet.

I don't know why people are freaking out over this costume when you can see so little of it. Are people expecting him to be wearing lacey panties and high heels or something?
Ein has always had a bit of a BDSM look about him. This is hardly a radical change.

Yeah now that I think of it it's looks more like a servant to a dominatrix mixed with winds that are Devil Jin like

I never understood why so many people have a fit when Ein and Eliot wear the costumes that they wear and act the way they act. They are the pretty boys of DOA not all guys have to act like beast who are addicted to steroids

I one saw someone have a tantrum on DOA World for Eliot having cat ears. He is the cute little boy of the game so how is that a suprised?

And even if they are femine and/or are gay.... Who Cares? 2013 people

That's not it though. When one has a character that has a shitty wardrobe one would like badass outfits for thier character no? They could have done many cool things for Ein but chose to give him an outfit that I frankly see done as fanservice for the female DOA players. I have nothing against anybody's preferences when it comes to fashion or what is attractive but I don't think it's too much to ask for to have actually cool outfits for Ein outside of C1.

You mean a corset and it isn't really possible to tell exactly what he is wearing there. As I said, the pic doesn't really show enough to make a fair judgement about the outfit.

And why does Eliot's name keep getting brought up after seeing Ein's costume? XD The sailor outfit I think is the worst case scenario and I doubt he'd get anything as ridiculous as Ein's (besides Ein has always outdone every other male in that department).
