I don't see why anyone would think that Marie Rose would be available on console this year. They need to use 5UA as a means to test her out, so that they can "balance" her for a console release later. Expect to wait a few months for her.

Make sure you downloaded the separate (free) Catalog Pack, or they will not appear.

Sorry if you already know that, but a surprising number of players seem not to realize they need the catalogs, even after all these DLC releases. That seems to be most people's issue.

On Xbox, if you have the actual costumes, you're good. The catalogs are just there so you can see the costumes that you didn't buy.

I mean I had initially thought she was going to be released in late Jan or Feb but recent TN tweets along with the legendary DLC pack had me optimistic I guess. :/

Although I still don't buy this whole "using arcades to balance characters" concept. Even if the arcade ends up being a success, the amount of feedback they could receive on Mary Rose is miniscule in comparison to the number of console players. Also, with the lack of training options and frame rate data (at least I'm assuming this) at the arcade it would be unwise to make changes based on casual game play without a thorough evaluation of the character.

I'm sure the real reason is to give people an incentive to play her at arcades which I can understand. Just sucks for the rest of us.

As long as I think I look good, I'm set. For example, some people told me "Oh, you NEED to DL the schoolgirl catalog to see how pretty I am." But I think most of those costumes look like shit and think they look way cooler in their C1 (ie: what they wear if I don't get the catalog).

Anyway, nowdays I do have all the catalogs DL'd, but I don't hold it against anyone who doesn't.

So, Ryu-kun came over for a little photo shoot:

It's not as bad as I thought... Just one thing is bugging me: The texture quality get's worse with every new pack. Ryu's costume has some ugly PS2 textures and his lips are pixelated too, if you zoom in just a little closer.

I hope you don't mind that I'm using that second pic as an avatar. The 2nd and 4th ones look especially great and remind me of Xbox Busa!
