Just want to clarify customization meant hair and glasses for me. Different frames would've been nice on one outfit could have worked.

I'm all for costume-specific glasses as long as it's not limited to just the girls, Eliot, Ein and Leon even if I barely use it much.

Really we have 3 Kasumi Characters now. Kasumi , Jellobear , and her.
3 Kasumi Clones + Hayate/Ein = 2 clones.

As long as she plays differently enough then regular Kasumi and Alpha 152 like how Ein plays differently compared to Hayate and Hitomi then I'm fight with a rehashed character model. Gonna wait for her reveal trailer that has some gameplay before I can form any concrete opinion anyway.

Looks good so far I, I don't recognize that slide or palm strike from Kasumi,Alpha, or Ayane. I'm not taking her hood off though I can at least pretend she's an original character hopefully.

This is an amazing character design, and with a Tengu mask it'll look even better. SK was a sick anime. If they ever thought about doing a "Tengu-but-not-Tengu", I'd recommend TN doing something like this. And if they had a maskless option, it'd be sick if she looked like:
