Let me try my damnest to re-reail it back to the costumes:
I can see why most of you want more practical, nice looking costumes...but I guess the inner pervert in me really wants more scantily clad costumes(even if it is out of character for some characters...dammit, I really want Kasumi in Lei-Fang's beach costume!) and I absolutely admit I am a pervert.
*And immediately hides as if I'm in some Anime*
And I do believe most of the DOA community outside of FSD is mainly perverts too, so sadly for you guys, scanty is gonna win out over practical or looks good. BUT, I do agree on a few things:
1. Marie Rose shouldn't get a single costume that can be risque on any level. I know there are women with her body size in real life and I've seen like 5 of them around her age group while I was in High School(and no, I'm not making shit up), but at the same time, games and animation does this trick all the time so yeah...
I do believe Marie Rose is 18...but that doesn't mean much when she sadly does look too much like a kid.
2. I do agree that there needs to be some costumes either in character for the people it's getting or atleast sexy without showing too much skin...but at the same time, I honestly can't. You guys are better than me at this, and I REALLY want to see Kasumi in a Do-me-Riffic-type ninja outfit more than something she would actually wear, and I admit that proudly.
3. That ZSS design for Wii U is the best one yet, she does look feminine and her face actually looks natural. And I don't really care about the rack increase(not on the level of it doesn't suit her, it's not Gag Boobs level for me so it's fine, I mean it doesn't make me not take her seriously all of a sudden), but she does look even more interesting than ever.
And I'm spent, I hope to goodness sake, Momiji got some good selections on her costumes, nothing beats her Miko outfit to me...except her Police Guard...maybe.

Morrigan is awesome in EVERYTHING!...and technically, Morrigan is virtually naked anyways so that's like the only real clothes that someone has blessed her with.

I'm not sure if you atleast want them to be within character or not, because I honestly LOVE that Kasumi one and hope in my heart that one wins. The Phase 4 one is eh, because she doesn't even have a set personality YET(keyword, we don't know if she would actually object), That Ayane one could work...and Bananakira is hilarious because I hate all of the VF characters in the game ONLY because of how they play.
why do you always ask questions no one knows the answer to? the entry submissions don't end until Thursday we'll all find out then i suppose.

Submissions are closed as Kodachi said thursday. I imagine they'll take a day or two to organize everything if they haven't started doing that already, then they'll open voting to the people. The voting window will probably be 1-2 weeks or so. It's going to be a while yet, I honestly think we'll get Phase-4 before the winners get announced.
