Well it was actually Tengu he just disguised himself to be added in the game. 
I was wondering why she looked so familiar and realized I've actually seen her (well...her silhouette...maybe?) in a random song I found on YT months ago. Talk about irony and didn't realize she was a female tengu. :O

Totally unrelated to DOA5, but Injustice 2 is confirmed to release in 2015. So it may be revealed at E3 2014 which is the only possible FG to be shown there

I didn't recognize any of those silhouettes including her so I must not know that many animes. lol. The only one that I did recognize (but don't know the name) is the one with wings with christmas tree lights hanging on them.

Not an anime, really. It's a shoot em up series. It does, however, have at least two (entirely fan-made) anime series, though, so...yeah.
There will be Smash 4 news at E3 too.

I belive in Itagaki that he will make this game very good.
The 2 Males are looking badass. The Samurai Guy looks like Kenpachi from Bleach very cool
