Even though I don't want Niki as a playable character (at least...not before a certain # of other characters make it in first) i will admit it would have been nice to see her in 5's story mode alongside Zack. Ever since he's been Helena's right side man he kicked her to the curve. :/

If DOA were to get an RPG game (which would probably be fun since so many screen capturing potentials heller) I'd like to think it'd have a mix of the Tales of Series and Final Fantasy type gameplay. :|

If it's an rpg, I feel like it would need free movement. Not like where you just select commands from a menu. Like...think Neptunia, or Eternal Sonata. Positioning yourself is already pretty important in the series, right? That'd be a good way to translate it into an rpg.

I don't mind selecting commands from a menu though. I don't really like to move around while scrolling for magic or items on a side menu. Probably why I like tactical RPGs where you placed units on the field like in the case of Namco x Capcom / Project X Zone and Final Fantasy Tactics.

Well, that's pretty close to what I said. I mean, Neptunia's battle system (starting from mk2, at least) is basically a simplified version of that, isn't it? Just in 3D. What I meant by my whole problem with menus is like...games like Pokemon or Final Fantasy, where you have no real control over your character, just choosing actions from a menu.

I really hope zack ends up hitting on mila, god i think yours and @Blazeincarnated 's reactions will just make me laugh
Wasn't he already hitting her from the very start of the story mode?
close enough, and she freaking floored him lol. she's a cute girl working in a diner, she's used to creepers hitting on her. notice how she was more annoyed than alarmed at a middle aged drunk man following her from work to the gym? i doubt Zack actually hitting on her would phase her at all lol.

I dunno. I've been hearing some heavy panting from Mila from the beginning when Zack was testing her at the gym. As for Brad's case, it's because Mila neglected his order when Tina took her out to spar but at that point, it somehow makes Brad a stalker.

Somewhat (since it is turn-base). I know this is free roam and that there aren't any highlighted paces for a character to walk on but does that mean anyone get as close or as far from an enemy? I suppose it's somewhat better than Kingdom Hearts. I just hate running around while trying to selecting a spell or using an item at the same time.

Actually, there's a blue circle that shows how far a character can move, similar to the highlighted spaces. But you're not really trying to move and operate at the same time; you move to where you want, and then choose what you want to do. The little thing on the right that shows what each button does, I believe serves largely the same purpose as the menu that comes up after moving in the games you mentioned.

I didn't noticed that blue circle (the video got blurry but it's probably because I watched it on my phone and that I am using phone credits to get connected to the internet).

I guess it can work if DOA would have an RPG spinoff although I do want to incorporate the concept of Namco x Capcom / Project X Zone having solo and pair units.

Ok another noob question.

What is low crush? and what is mid crush?

Is a low crush, a move that evades low attacks, and hits the person doing the low attack. And a Mid Crush is a move that evades mid attacks and hits the person doing that mid attack?
