I don't understand it actually. I checked and Marie Rose has a few rigged accounts in there as well.

So it's either 1) Costume must of been easier to make from their eyes I suppose.

2) She's new to the game so they want to raise her popularity yet again.

Yeah, I see what you mean, and I don't really see how it could be taken personally; if anything, I'd think I was too hostile initially, sorry about that. Still, I think this is essentially boiling down to quick thinking vs. planning ahead. I mean, going back to the cave, there's a considerable difference between rocks falling randomly, and being triggered by a player, and occurring after a delay. Like...think the tigers in the circus place (after hitting the SHOWTIME), or the train crashing on that one building. They're both triggered by players, but the fact that they don't have an immediate effect makes a huge difference in how they can be utilized. Or completely screw you over because lol.

So umm... Which entries have the 660, 620 and 601 votes?

The overall Top 10. I know it's not practical but it would be astounding to see an entry with not so many votes makes it to the cut if everyone does got the same chances of getting their entry turned into a costume as with people who are already in the Top 10.

Maybe people/TN just really love the outfit. It is pretty cool after all

That could be one of the options as well. However cases like these are very familiar for character popularity. It doesn't surprise anyone actually if they picked it up because she's new. No one knows the answer at the moment so it's all random at this point.
