Someone took a screenshot of the Miyama stage from an older game and put it in the background of the 3D program they were using.

For example here's this super sweet picture of Kokoro I took in xnalara with a cloud background because Kokoro's head is always in the clouds

This speaks to me on a spiritual level. So calming....

That's quite troubling indeed. The only characters I don't mind making the cut are the Virtua Fighters

How can they not when DOA and NG's universe are interconnected with each other?

But on the literal sense, I don't know what roles are they going to undertake on the DOA's story. I just can't seem to see them doing anything other than being Ryu's assistants.

Now that Nyo-Tengu exists, they have something to work with.

I had an idea, but it probably sounds stupid. What if Nyo-Tengu's current form wasn't her original body? What if it was a reanimated corpse of Momiji's sister Kureha?

They definitely don't fit on the tournament story (since there are no more ninjas on the tournament), that's for sure.

If they were in the "serious" side of the DOA story, they would probably be acting as back-up/reinforcements fending off Phase 4 clones (or Nyo-Tengu) as the main 4 ninjas advance to Donovan's whereabouts.

Actually, I always wondered, why everyone seems to take it already for granted, that Momiji, Rachel, Marie Rose, Phase 4 and now Nyo Tengu will make it into DOA6. They might not (expect Phase 4 maybe)! Or they might not make it in at first, but again being DLC characters with no part in the story. I'm sure, we will see at least 3 completely new characters in DOA6 with their part in the story, like in every new game, but before mentioned characters might just be characters, that they put in, to sell DOA5U and DOA5Arcade.
In other fighting games it's completely normal, that some characters, even if important or popular, won't make it into the new game for some reason and the DOA roster of characters has gotten really big by now...

I dont see why they cant be in the DOA6 TN spent so much time developing them and marketing them.
I can see Rachel trying to hunt Nyotengu and them having an interesting rivalry. Rachel and Christie could also develop a friendship.

this is probably why she chooses not to reveal her blood type.

I agree with Kodachi, TN didn't spend all of that time developing those characters just to drop them once 6 comes around. Especially since we know now which characters they're connected to (it's always the first character they fight in their respective trailers):

Marie Rose - Helena
P4- Kasumi (Obviously...)
Nyogu - Momiji (Which makes sense given she's a shrine maiden)

Momiji's main rivals in NGS2 was the twin Tengu's so it makes even more sense if you take that into consideration.

I feel like TN is already writing the story before they even start making the characters, that's what they should be doing at least.

Yeah hopefully everyone returns. The only ones who can go are the VFs and maybe Alpha 152 (if she is dead)
