It has everything to do with DOA. If anything, it serves as a suggestion for, I dunno, TN making more extravagant and badass-looking costume designs in the future (though personally my concern is TN getting certain veteran music composers to make new, original music for the DOA series that's actually catchy).

I'm certain a select handful of you would rather have something as awesome as this for costume DLC, as opposed to the usual that has been prevalent in the past two years.

Meh. I don't find the Batman designs bad per-se, but they're really nothing all that spectacular to me. Just some fluff that I'd have to strain my memory to recall correctly.

Hayabusa's DOA2 C1 (DC) is far better than either outfit, and I'd much rather they just keep dressing him up in that costume for all future DOA and NG games than try to create "new" and "edgy" outfits for him that just look worse and are less fitting of the character. Hell, they've already tried 3 times with the Legendary Black Falcon and it's still worse than his retro outfit.

Tight black body suits and masks tend to be a trend with superheroes and villains but I don't know for sure TN's true inspiration.

Can't really think of any character I'd prefer to be in a new trendy outfit than one of their already-existing ones, but okay.

Except for Akira, Nyotengu and Leifang.

Are these based off of any traditional hair style or is it something team ninja came up with?

I played against a lot of loose hair Kasumi and my reaction to them.

My reaction to Lili's loose hair in TTT2 of course different. Ehem.

That Batman design lol ummm why?? Dumb. Why they turned Batman into cyborg? Whats the pointt? Being cool? Be cool but not be dumb at the same time please. I just can't understand super hero hype these days. Super heroes are boring.

I would love to write for marvel solely to use some obscure characters that I hate seeing go to waste.

It seems like the Japanese equivalent of Victorian towering overly ornate powedered wig hairstyles like you see in portraits of queens.
