the dumbass didn't even know what their reference was from. and it wasn't just a nazi uniform it was a fucking SS uniform.
The Hitomi costume in question had a swastika on the armband before it was edited in light of being rejected (hateful imagery).
It most certainly was a Nazi uniform but that didn't stop everyone from loving and supporting the shit out of it. It was even one of the most popular fan designs here on FSD.
