I love King. It reminds me a lot her version in CvS2. Andy looks interesting too, and Robert and Billy look awesome. These are my 4 favourites of all playable characters in this build.

Athena looks like every anime school girl ever and this Nelson guy is one of the most random character designs ever. Run-of-the-mill boxing outfit, mismatched color scheme, random piercings, tattoos and decals everywhere. Weird, striped hairdo and a robot arm? XD

Luong is definitely SNK's answer to Juri/Nyotengu. Nelson is a bit of Dudley perhaps.
He seems more like a black Steve (Tekken):
