Helena's vortex is actually stronger than before and in other areas with more advantage.

Lol Rachel is slow first of all and second her combo throws don't do that much damage. On top of that she's very limited when you space her out and the more you play against/with her the more you find out how linear she is. In other words she becomes predictable over time. I can't believe people are already wanting to nerf characters especially one that NEEDS to be in close.
