It doesn't scream that to me at all. He is making an observation about the lower quality of f2p players, and he is glad that he is not subjected to it because he happens to not be on PS3. It is a fair, and true, observation.

So I was in a lobby and this dude xDragonRider5x is talking trash to a guy who beat him. I tell him he really doesn't need to critique the guy who beat him, so then of course he starts talking trash to me. He keeps at it and we haven't even played against each other. Finally I (luckily) win against UpSideDownGRUNT (who is a good Hayabusa player and an all-around nice guy), and I have my fight against this Dragon character. He chooses dojo.. Just his Hayabusa vs. my Ayane... I beat him 3 straight rounds.
And the guy has the nerve to send hate mail after the fight. He sent me like 10 messages or so but I won't bore you with all of them, just posting two of the real "gems."
I don't normally go for the public shaming, but this guy seems exceptionally deserving.

Lol. I hear that! What I love, though, is I had been playing Ayane for the duration of my time in the lobby. (I think I switched to Brad once for the heck of it.) So he had to know she was the character I was going to choose. He accuses me of abusing her range, yet he HAND-PICKED the Dojo stage! He didn't select Random and we just got this stage on pure chance. He CHOSE a flat, infinite stage with no walls, a stage essentially made up of... empty space; basically a ranged-character-player's wet dream. And he has the nerve to complain! Got to love these illogical bastards.

It is not like there are exclusively high level players on Xbox Live, and he would not to play against players who are that extremely void of skill if he moved up in rank and set search criteria correctly. I do not see justification for having more people to play on a game that you like to play is somehow a bad thing. Besides he would have more noobs send him hate mail for threads like this.

There is no goal or hidden objective to be achieved. Just mindless running of the mouth.
People are always going to spew endless stupidity and non-sense.
The same way the tag modes "made" me choose Mila. I tried something until I got somewhere with doing something.
On topic, I have shamed myself this week by getting too excited about getting a new Xbox 360 I was supposedly being promised to get and telling folks I would attempt to play on stream. For that, I'm sorry to those I told. As penance, I sent hatemail to myself on XBL through my laptop and proceeded to do 8 hours of brooding. And no worries, I didn't once cut my wrists.
