That's his huge charged attacks are supposed to work anyway, to compensate for their slowness.More frame advantage on Leon's charged strikes (or make them unblockable) and a universal change so that players charging strikes cannot be thrown while charging or change it so that a "tapped" charge strike is not 0 frames until right before the strike is active.

That'd be cool actually. The additional 21 input isn't really needed for that throw in particularI routinely forget he has a 214T and despite actually being a good throw it more or less is only good for positioning purposes and floors. Maybe remap 214T to make it 4T?
