Read the fight rules

Edit- I've seen tag infinite time 5 round largest health lobbies before so I decided to play a match with the AI with those rules. Won four, let the AI win four. Then the final round. Saved the replay to see how long it was.

Lol 1on1 that would be a fun match but q lobby of people? Nah. I already bail if lobbies get more than 5 people.

A player who shall remain anonymous quoted this to me via text chat as I was playing in a tag lobby:

"Learn how to play the ******* game and be an honorable ******* player"

And with that, I was done. I was laughing too hard to keep going, so I just turned the game off. I never thought I'd see the day when someone would actually quote DSP, serious or not.

Today I played a lobby match and kicked for no reason (Lobby name is "all are welcome" lol) actually for a reason my angry avatar I guess :) I rarely play lobby match. Nobody plays rank because people like to kick you know they want to be king.

Mains Marie, beaten by a lot of players then finally beats a Hitomi player gets a message "If y main her" opens it "Y are a pedo" says to himself thats enough for today turns the systema off.

I booted Dr Snipe, a player I've never heard of or seen before, from my 4 player lobby so I could invite people I actually knew.

I had asked him who he was. He gave no reply. So I let him know he could stay if he had another account. He calls me a detective, then whines about it on a forum.

The ensuing hour in my 4 player lobby was filled with wonderful Kokoro mirrors. I hope that Tina player found someone to play with.

Well got kicked out of a lobby today for being "Straightfoward" to you know who if anyone read my last post in the good games bad games thread. Well, "criticism" was too thick for her swallow and she told her so called "friends" that I was rude. Um, about a week ago it was the other way around calling high ranks (even though rank doesn't matter) "boring and dull" and last weekend you backpeddled and you was being arrogant in the chat then so how am I being "Rude"? Yeah, I told them I was truthful about her attitude and called her a immature brat and then a white knight named johnhenderson827 came into the scence and said "o he said that?" (This was right before I called her brat) like what the hell you gonna do? You wasn't defending that DOA THOT during and after we want back to lobby tough guy. All he did was told me to STFU and then I got kicked by her friend Hikari_And_Rin. Oh well, I got kicked and she and her friends is holding those "L's" so I guess I can call it even.

These people you knew... were they already on your friends' list?

If so, why not make a lobby of four people with three private spots, which would guarantee you're inviting those very people? It's certainly a wiser decision than leaving your spots open to the public, where you could've avoided all that drama altogether.

Besides, I don't believe @Dr Snipe intended any harm and probably felt insulted when you asked who he was.

What are the implications if they weren't on my friends list? Does it change anything regarding the reason for making room in a small lobby?

Does creating a private lobby allow the introduction of playing good players you've never played before? Did you know that all I wanted was a small lobby of good players, regardless if I knew the player or not? Did you know the Tina player had lost every game he played, and that's why I asked who he was before kicking him? Did you know the reason I asked is because if he was a player I've ran into before, I was completely fine with him being in my lobby? Did you know that there was no "drama" in the lobby, and that it consisted of my question followed by a removal... followed by an addition? Why does a lobby host have the freedom to kick out another player? Does this all make me a heartless bastard simply on the basis that I didn't show affection to a complete stranger in a videogame online?

Does your own morality justify your judgement on two forum posts based on an occurrance you had no part in... one of which you left untouched, the other being the subject of your scrutiny?

Absolutely.

I'm sorry if you believe I'm attacking you, but really I'm going by what you posted at face value. You said you wanted to play people you already knew. In that context, I would think they're friends. So in my perspective, I saw it as you making a mistake when making a private lobby with friends, and Snipe just happened to get in. But I needed to make sure because the story was told vaguely at the time.

The rest of these questions you're asking now - which explains your situation a lot better than your previous post - may as well have part of your alibi earlier. At least then I would have had a better understanding of what's going on in order to help you two get along, 'cause Snipe's a pretty nice guy, and it'd be a shame if you two didn't. That's really it. That's my only concern. I'm not here to demonize anyone, and I'm sorry if it looks that way.

You're pretty cool too Awesmic. I'm not instigating this further because I explained it to Brute and since he didn't relpy. I'm assuming he wants it dropped.

Was in a lobby, about to play Nyotengu and someone said "Oh, another Nyotengu player even though your main says you play Leon."
So I switched to Leon, kicked ass against everyone in the lobby, and switched to Nyotengu.
A match or two later someone says that playing Leon or Bayman is cheating. My response was that playing i9 jabbers was cheating.
Ensue an hour of the guy attempting to explain frames when he clearly does not even know what i9 means. After I tried explaining some stuff to him he goes on about how tournament players don't need to use frame data to be good.
I didn't say anything after that but the guy continues on about how frame data is only important to know and not execute knowledge.
After he starts getting Hi Counter throws on me he starts saying how he knows the frames that let him get a Hi Counter because what he is doing is doing more damage than what I am doing. I stopped him and told him that Throws beat Holds and anything that beats another results in a Hi Counter for 150% damage. His reaction was that I am wrong because I don't know frames.
I pointed him to the Leon frame data here in FSD, hopefully he visits it to see that I know frame data a whole hell of a lot better than he does.

Edit: Also according to this guy there is no way to view frame data in game. GUYS, I'M A FREAKING PSYCHIC!

So again...

Also, it's a rhetorical question, because without either of us having to say anything directly, we should both realize the other already knows the answer.

Played some ranked throwdowns on Sat. while going through arcade to unlock Nyo costumes.
My brother fought an Elliot with a 10-win streak and won using Zack. Granted, those 10 wins could've been against anyone, but my brother isn't quite an expert. One bit of craziness was a random circus tiger scoring a KO on Elliot when they were both low on health.

I later picked the white/blueish silk outfit for Brad and ended up in the snow level. At a distance when I lied down it was pretty tough to see him in that. XD At one point there was a Kokoro giggle taunt, which is quick, but at another was the extremely long: sit down speech. I took advantage of that one even from a distance & got in some damage.
Maybe it was unintentional? Or just a lot of confidence. :) Close fight, but I ended up winning.

This person was so proud of their Alpha. After beating me they said "**** his ***s booo lol." No idea what that meant but they kept saying stuff like it throughout the lobby. I'll be honest, fighting that Alpha a few times got me salty as hell. Those 8T float P's aren't guaranteed but I guess they are in lag. I was mashing the hell out of 4H while I was down on the ground each time.

They were also using Nyo sometimes and mostly just 4P+KP'ing, they never tried this against me. A Hayabusa came in and did teleport attacks every time Nyo tried to do 4P+KP and the Busa ended up winning. Of course the Alpha/Nyotengu player said "nice spam." Then he said "he wont beat my alpha" but unfortunately the Busa left before that happened, to which he said "he scared lol lol"

Later on he kept getting beaten and I got my revenge on him the rest of the times I fought him and he stopped talking so big. Invited @Aerospark to the lobby to see the Alpha and the guy left at the sight of Aero's high rank.

Had an interesting confrontation online earlier today that really made me think about how I come off to people online. The name of the player doesn't matter at this time, but after playing this player for a short while I was sent an interesting PM. Basically, it was a good game post. However, the player previously thought I was "rude" and "stuck-up" because I frequently join lobbies and rarely play them.

Not wanting to go into a long explanation about my insecurity issues and realizing the player may have kicked me out of the lobby earlier this week for that reason, I kept it simple and told him that I'm neither one of those things, resulting in us being cool. But man... I didn't think hanging in the lobby and saying absolutely nothing would portray me as "stuck-up". There's a lesson to be learned from this.
