Flow is my favorite of the stages so far. Mainly because of the moving raft to the edge of the waterfall.

I was expecting more stages to have danger zones like Scramble and Flow that cause the stage to change. I thought that was the main reason they called the game "Fighting Entertainment". I guess Warzone is similar.

I'm really hoping for stage DLC.

The Ends of the Earth is my favorite stage because I always love snow stages. Flow is also really nice.

My least favorites are Scramble and The Show, too much crap going on.

My favorite remains to be seen. I'm very curious about that Train stage.

At the same time, I don't have a least favorite stage.

As far as visuals go, I'd say:

Awesome:
Flow, Sakura, The Ends of the Earth, Sanctuary, Depth, Fuel, Home, Scramble (top tier)

Okay:
Sweat, Fighting Entertainment, Dead or Alive, Dojo, Hot Zone

Ugly:
Scramble (bottom tier), All circus stages

Though Sanctuary, The Ends of the Earth, and the bottom tier of Flow look beautiful, they will likely be my least favorite stages to play on because they have that dumb slippery surface mechanic.

I never thought of the scramble bottom tier to be that ugly. Im surprised many people do though. But yeah i guess it is, since its kinda dark and rundown looking. Cant wait to see what other cool inventive things they're gonna think of next.

Well honestly, it being rundown looking sets up for potential to make a stage look really badass. Scramble's bottom tier doesn't capture that very well though, and is just ugly.

I think Scramble bottom tier would be a LOT more interesting if it was a lot bigger. I think it would have been better if the building fell on a highway or giant ass 8 lane street.

Depth was a huge disappointment for me,going down an elevator just doesn't scream excitement to me.flow's bottom teir has absolutley nothing "interactive" about it despite those animals looking like they should do something.sweat is just a lamer version of the wrestling ring.

Santuary is pretty cool I love the water effects you get from kicking.Home does interaction great without being epic which is fine,it's a stage that can really make or break you if you don't understand what's going on and it really adds sone strategy to the brawl.scramble just screams epic fight it also probably gives your character a criminal record cause you just killed everyone in that intersection.Hotzone is pretty cool, but it will always be one of my favorites just cause it revealed my to all time favorite charachters.

The Ends of the Earth just sits meh with me it's basically just plays like the stair level from DOA4 withought the ability to send your opponent down with style.the rest are ok I understand the need for stages like that.

All stages seem pretty cool, but if I'd have to pick few that I least like they would propably be The Show & Depth

Unfortunately i am not that impressed with DOA5 stages:(.They lack interactivity for me.No more stairs, slopes, pits, exploding floor, height feeling(what i miss the most), less obstacles....

After seeing scramble and hotzone i was confident for upcoming stages. But know it's almost only flat squares triggering cutscenes,as if they limited stages to allow Tag for all of them. They are gorgeous for sure but "something is missing"....That's why i like Home and Hotzone so far,These stages still carry the old DOA feeling.

Compared to Dragon hills, Lorelei ,Azuchi or the whole DOAD boat ,new stages seem boring.I understand that they needed to clean random things but man i really loved the DOA4 Vegas stage.

Compare the transition of this stage and the one of End of the world and you'll know what i mean.

But who knows, my thoughts may change once the game hits the market. And i'd easily forgive if they release old Stages dlc pack.(i still don't understand why it's not standard in fighting games, releasing stages to lenghten the longevity of a well supported game but whatever...)

Most favorite Home /least favorite circus.

My 2 cents....

Everything about Streets of Rage was awesome!

So far, I like most of the stages. I am a little disappointed with the transitions and lack of stairs/slopes/great heights.

The Clown is okay, not my favourite, but I don't understand why so many people dislike it. I guess it's a bit excessive, with all these colors, lights, animals, danger zones, jack-in-the-box, etc.
I hate Scramble now, because of the demo.

And Sanctuary and the Flow were pretty nice to watch during all these tournaments since E3. I guess I'll have to play the game to figure out which stage I prefer.

^Remember that one stage where you're fighting in a boxing ring inside a public gym? That's what the Sweat is.

You may have already seen it when it was shown at E3.
