Haha...your Street Fighter Anniversary chess set is awesome, but a i prefer a classic Stauton.
That chess set is pretty boss, I'm jealous. Will you take some up close shots of it?I just bought a new chess set ( <- Link right there) and it got me thinking: there's typically a large overlap between fighting game players and chess players. Who here plays? Anybody any good? There are quite a few chess apps on mobile devices, some with cross platform play, and I wouldn't mind getting some games in. Let me know if you play, if you mostly just get bodied, and what you have access to online-play-wise.
I'm not heartless, I overlooked the link, and as far as SF goes, I happen to like Honda, Remy, and Karin in particular, and 1 out of 3 ain't bad in this set.P.S. Why the HELL isn't anybody talking about how awesome the chess set I bought its?! Seriously, you guys are heartless, didn't see the link in my OP, or hate Street Fighter. Bastards! I demand compliments and recognition!
Your chess set looks really good, really clean and well taken care of.This is my good old chess set and my Saitek digital clock.

Looks tiny, but the chessboard has 19" x 19". in the past, bloody battles have been fought in it.
PS: 20 minutes cleaning the board and pieces for the photo haha
Wizzyx, your set is fucking awesome. If I get someone decent in my area to play with I'd love to have a set like that. As it is the most competition I get is from Chess.com and on my Vita haha.
Thanks to this,Your chess set looks really good, really clean and well taken care of.
The clock is the worst way to LEARN chess, but the best way to PLAY it.I know some people believe the clock is the best way to play.
