But Alpha is less of a problem compared to Rachel. I missed the TFC stream but according to someone else there were a ton of Rachels and final round was a Rachel mirror match.

Lol you guys are sneaky. This still doesn't change anything about Alpha's situation at all, all it does is adds racheal to the list of characters to watch, because there was still Alpha mirrors in grandfinals as well. IMO i just think it is because the character is still pretty new and everybody is flocking to the newest easiest character to win with, just like in UMvC3 and Wesker. But I say we just give it time before we start banning anybody

After seeing the stream, both Alpha and Rachel are problems, though Rachel is worse and I think see needs to be addressed first. Jacky and Momiji are definitely high tier, but I don't think that they need to be addressed just yet.
I will say however that once people start figuring out Alpha-specific combos, Alpha is not going to have as fun of a time. Just look at what Xcalibur's Helena was doing to Lopedo's Alpha.

I actually wasn't saying anyone should be banned. Just that based on the results Rachel seemed like she faired better than Alpha (which like you guys said is most likely due to unfamiliarity)

Those are the only 2 that is even remotely palpable.
SuperHeavyweight seems to be way too much for her, I think Heavyweight should be enough and yeah, the whiff on the stomp should be more if it's d P+K. Otherwise, that's it.

That is super heavy, 'cause Gen Fu is the sole occupant of the Heavy weight class.
EDIT: C'mon, they also said that Mila and Alpha were the same weight class and that Rachel loop does 40%.

Gen Fu and Helena are slighty above mid. I doubt most people here can name a combo that works on a middle weight but doesn't on those two. Heavyweight is Rachel/Leon/Bass/Bayman. Superheavyweight is Tengu/Spartan (not 100% on spartan).

My BnB quicklaunch-juggle with Lisa wouldn't work on Helena while it did work on all midweights in vanilla.
