You changed her eyebrow? I thought a lot about how to make them and ended up trying to get some kind of a neutral face, that's why I'd drawn them as a straight line.
However, it looks really good with these changes too. I was about to ask if someone may try to improve it a bit, since I'm not really good in drawing such comic style. Those eyes drive me nuts^^
I added the showing of the left shoulder, made more sharp the hood adjusting the basis, finally changed her eyebrown too. TN realized with Phase-4's facial expressions a really interesting (at least imo
) mix of determination and remorse for fighting, so appear not so easy to recreate it in an icon.
Ok, well, it does not look that bad ...
The effect appear good but I have your same thoughts about the evil eye... I tried to slighty rework on the eyebrown and the mouth, giving to the first a sad vibe and to the second a neutral one to get that mix mentioned before: what do you think?
By the way I don't want appear a nuisance in the thread XD, even the simple icon of Kasumi Alpha with an hood is ok, I only ask to give a personal icon to Phase-4 too =)

Yes, you're right and summarized pretty well my usual long text XD (I ask myself what could be the Phase-1, by the way... maybe just not completely formed clones?).
However I forgot to add before that the Phase-4 of the roster has anyway a certain degree of individuality, being actually the prototype of the phase-4 clones fated to the mass production.
