And I know those things will avoid those types of grabs, but you can't do that the entire match. Eventually you have to get up, and chances are if you're throwing out throws like porno flyers on the Vegas strip, you will get caught by one every so often. I could've sworn I already articulated that.
Kokoro can be aggravating, but at least her attacks are fast (Mila's srikes are, generally as well, which actually lends to her aggravation. but at leas koko doesn't have those prolonged grapples) and visually pleasing. It's how Mila goes about her game, not the game itself, that annoys people.
Well, for your first statement, that can be applied to pretty much any character. I don't see why Mila's TD is worse than say, Tina's J.O. Cyclone, which is relatively easy to land and really takes away a hell of a lot of HP compared to TD which doesn't take away much dmg and has just a good mixup from breaking it.
As for Mila's strikes, her fastest strikes are her standing jab at i10 and her mid punch at i12. That's it, everything else is pretty moderate to slow speed. Kokoro on the other hand has much faster attacks and most of her strings are safe at block. She's one of the few characters that can actually throw out 3 punch strings and only be at -3 on block.
Whether attacks are visually pleasing really just depends on the opinion of a person. I'm sure people who play grappler characters like the way Mila plays.
