    Black Freiza, Orange Piccolo, Gohan Beast, can't tell whether I love these names or hate them, but i;ll take them over the sillier shit we've gotten like Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Evolved Part 2: The Resurrection Featuring Dante from the Devil May Cry series

    I still think Dragon Ball found the perfect mix using the new Broly movie if they went with that as the staple for animation work, but they won't do it I bet unfortunately. Despite the new Dragon Ball movie with Gohan and Piccolo was enjoyable and a success, the moment it went all CGI is the moment where now I think Dragon Ball should just sleep for good.

    The blurays fix a lot of supers animation problems, but ya its general art style didn't feel great until the tournament when some of the original artists were producers for that arc and it really showed. The show itself outside of animation was overall "ok." I didn't like that the show started with basically retelling/retconning the movies and did so in a really bad way.

    Black arc was decent, but again I didn't really start enjoying super till the tournament. The manga has been mostly good, but I haven't really cared for the new Frieza stuff though.

    I'll take over the top for the sake of being over the top superhero antics anyday over whatever the hell Saint's Row reboot is trying to be, I get that it's supposed to be a more grounded take on SR but dammit that doesn't mean it has to be completely boring

    breaks my heart everytime i scroll Siliconera and I see an article with "Dead or Alive" in the title, only to be bamboozled cause it's an article talking about a Venus Vacation character being added :/

    That shouldn't be a surprise because Venus Vacation is the only Dead or Alive game that exists, plus its worth KT investment more than DOA6 was for them. Assuming they plan on coming back to the fighting game series (which is going to be similar to how Ninja Gaiden made its return).

    MK11 goes 9 months without an update, talk of a sequel nowhere in sight, and now this 30th anniversary kerfuffle; I can't even get mad at MK players for being pissed off this time :/

    despite being spoiled to hell and back for the past 2 months, still planning on watching DBS: Super Hero, DB with a budget on the big screen just hits different

    Space Channel 5 getting a movie...actually makes alot of sense, no one really cares for the gameplay + the visuals and music are the what ppl remember, just throw in some plot and character development with a bunch of funky dance numbers and you got yourself a movie

    That's a shame cuz I don't care for Strive and Dnf while fun is not really my thing, and might as well throw the rest of the arcsys library under the "fun but not really my thing" label which is a pity cuz those games seems to be the only anime fighters ppl play these days :( (with French Bread being in close 2nd)

    Gothic 1 getting a remake? hell yeah! weird that they're remaking the first one though, since Gothic 2 is the one that everyone likes and talks about, but screw it i'll take classic Gothic anyway I can get it

    So I dl'ed DOA5LR on PC to get some footage for a video, and woo boy, lackluster controller support, woeful lack of PC options, no lobby system, TN really just shat that shit out and called it a day huh?

    so, this is how DBZF ends, with Androids and Fusions running rampant with no one to check them, oh well, maybe they'll be less obnoxious with the new netcode (spoiler: they wont be)
