They probably changed up her movelist a little to help establish her individuality from Ein. Even though she was already considerably different.

Of course the frame rate looks choppy, it's on YouTube. Even if the source file was 60 fps, YouTube would cut out every other frame to have it run 30 fps. However, I know the video that was released to the press was 30 fps anyways. Either way, only half of the frames are displayed.
