No one from those kind of interviews never know how to play fighters its not just DoA. Its a problem with all fighters they never have anyone experienced to talk about the game.

It's just the fact that all of their time is gone "coincidentally" when they have to start explaining stuff. AND cut them off short on top of that. I've been looking at this all day pretty much. :/ DoA was the only one who got shafted really.

I agree. I'm not happy about that. I'd have rather had some DOA4 stages in then those. And I didn't care for DOA4's stages at all.
I would have personally preferred Tengu and Ryo over Momiji / Rachael. More Ninja's just makes the game look bland... Not gonna lie. (I don't hate the two chars I mentioned). They just don't appeal to me as they're not going to play much different from most of the cast.

Did you see how long that charge took? Why would I go for that instead of just a normal launcher? That shit will be held on reaction every time. It's going to be just like PB, you'll only see it during a CB, and if the setup does less damage than a PB then whats the point? If it does the same damage, whats the point? The only real purpose I can see with this is "if" it has ceiling setups and "if" they do not allow you to tech from the setup.

Just really seems like a pointless addition outside of being flashy.

Master explained that they do work like power blows and that they have ceiling properties. You also can't tech from them. He mentioned this on DOAW.

I thought the power launchers were shitty in the E3 trailer but this... this is a whole new level of suck. It's just a PB alternative. Speaking of which they need to get rid of this PB nonsense. DOA juggles are already laughably easy to perform, now they're totally unnecessary if you're under 50% HP

Also lol I saw some people STILL in denial or trying to play semantics with the Tecmo guy's comments about Tengu being gone.

Pretty much. Personally this is how I want power launchers to be. Make it a raw move that you can use with certain stuns ie. Limbo stuns. Considering limbo stuns can't just be done by doing whatever and require some positioning. It'd get people to work on their positioning and potentially using the stage props more to their advantage as well instead of just a stand alone launcher that I could personally care less for.

2. Lessen the stun threshold
3. More hard knock downs, promoting force techs (ACTUAL force techs)
4. More stages plox
5. Diverse Characters plox.

Well they did say they were listening to the fans...

Then again, all of these sentiments (except for item 1) have been asked for before and ignored so... there's that.

No...DoA4's ground game was horrible.

Still better than DOA5's which serves no purpose what so ever. And considering they're not going back to 3.1 stun system. DOA4's probably the best we'll get ground game wise.
