No clue. The artist just did it to try it out. I prefer her brown eyes.

Ryu is voiced by the manly Troy Baker and kicks 1200 kinds of ass in his own series AND in DOA.
Hayate is voiced by the boyish Yuri Lowenthal and gets captured by RIG. F**king Rig.
