Dexter hates Miley Cyrus?

I mean that's not surprising, but I didn't know that.

Welp, I decided. My next video's gonna have a teensy bit of homemade animation. Granted it's going to be the choppy key-frame-only kind of animation that's not as smooth and awesome as Darrell's, still pulling it off nonetheless. Once I get that wrapped up within the next 2 days, expect an upload : D

Being a person who wears glasses, you drop down a tier on the cool list for hating 'em. They make me look cooler

(just kidding you're still awesome)

Ugh, I loathe my glasses. I usually wear contacts but when I run out I have to wait a couple of days and wear my accursed glasses. D: Apparently I look more hispanic when I'm wearing them. lol

XD care to elaborate? You should get laser eye surgery as soon as you can. I think 16-18 is the age. Maybe. Idk lol
Actually, they say to wait, which is why I haven't already (and because I'm poor as a hobo). Most people's prescription/eyesight constantly changes in their earlier years (including mine), so it's recommended you wait until in your late 20s-30s. My eyesight has always been bad, but in recent times it's been getting even worse, which is why I've been holding off. Without corrective lenses, I can't read anything further than eight inches from my face. :(

As far as not liking either go: I don't like glasses because I feel like they don't work with my look. Also, it's inconvenient how they are always getting fogged up, dirty, knocked out of place when I want to rest/scratch/rub my head and destroyed when my sister is around (she's very rough with them).

I don't like contacts because after 20 or so hours they really begin to dry out and become uncomfortable. Also, I hate having to continuously buy them, getting salty solution all over everything trying to get them in/out twice a day, worry about getting something stuck in them, worry about them getting torn, etc.

Aw, really? Ugh, looks like we'll both have to suffer awhile longer.

Have you tried looking for different glasses styles? By that I mean some people look cool with big square frame, others with frameless bottom, or maybe even different colors. I hope you eventually find some that fit your style.

I am horrible with my contacts, but I love them so much. I never take them off lol I sleep with them, get in the pool, shower, etc. It's just so much easier. Sometimes it's just time consuming to put them on before school. But, I'm trying to get better. Once I take my contacts off I can't put them back on because they've been overused lol. I just used up my last ones so when I get my new ones, I'm taking them off so they'll last longer.

I think you'd be better off wearing your glasses if you're contacts act that way with you, even if they're not your style. It seems that your disadvantages are worse for contacts. Either way, you'll need to wear your glasses at some point to see if you run out of contacts.

Yeah. Most of the time I wear glasses these days. Unless I'm going on a date or doing something physical like a hike, amusement park, etc.

I've tried a lot of different glasses looks with the store props they let you try on. Shockingly, the ones I have now really did seem to look the best (basically rectangular with small curvature on each side, thin frame and rimless at the bottom).

These are sort of what my glasses look like. Most of my friends don't even know I have them b/c I rarely wear them. lol (which is bad since I'm near-sighted).
