Checked the official site a while ago, and none of the Halloween costumes in sight. Only those other two unrelated costumes for Kasumi and Ayane. It definitely must be some mixup on account of TN themselves. If that's the case, then they leaked the costumes completely by accident XD

The seashell bikini made her look like a Boticelli's painting.

They could have brung in her Greek Goddess Dress instead for this DLC pack. We've been waiting for that costume to make its return for God knows how many years. They know that we want her Greek Goddess Dress back for this game (after all of those tweets we made), yet they still don't take any action to bring it back. I mean like seriously, what's the hold up? I'm not trying to burn any bridges with TN or anything, but as an Helena fan/player this is starting to frustrate me.

All of the girls have super awesome outfits that really fit their personalities except for Helena who could have used some Morrigan make up with stockings and such since there are so many Darkstalkers references but noooo she crossed the point of mega super slut around the time Ultimate was released.

Also Rig Skullomania is the best male costume and by best i mean put in versus against all the other male costumes combined this costumes wins alone. And Jann Lee clearly lost it after winning the tournament, hastag drinking too much.

as an Helena fan/player this is starting to frustrate me.

I feel your pain, it sucks even more when a costume completely alters the way your character acts. The ratio of Lisa costumes to La Mariposa costumes is depressing because I much prefer seeing the energetic Luchadora before a match. I dont really like any of the La Mariposa costumes in the game right now tbh, not that i have a lot of options. whatever it's just aesthetics..
