Yeah great French movie which inspired the character of Leon in DOA.
No necessarely her real father, I was suggesting "daddy issues", but he could be her bodyguard or her "big brother" or her teddy bear I don't know. Like he could care about her, which would be quite surprising and show another perspective of the character of Bayman.
Yeah, I was really disappointed when the actor showed up Onimusha 3 and wasn't actually voiced by him.

I'm sure that he will have something similar, exactly like Momiji, Rachel, Marirose and very likely even Ein like a clone of Hayate (see the Epsilon project started again at the end of the DoA5 story).
The new Team Ninja is careful toward to give a role in their story to their characters, the new entries Mila and Rig are the best examples. Unfortunately they don't plan to make DLC additions to the story for the eventual DLC characters (see for example the presence of Kasumi in Razor's Edge) so everything is postponed to the next game of the series.
3 things I want for Bayman expanded background,badass fight scene, and to learn his real name. I don't think they ever even explained WHY his family was killed id like to know these things.

I like Fantasizing because the facts won't be nearly as good
Fact: It's a Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate Arcade trailer.
Fact: People will get excited about the trailer... maybe even you. And you. And you. And you. Oh, and you too.
Fact: People will get jelly at Japanese players.
Fact: People will swear to the moon they wanna main jailbait, just like every other new character they show in trailers. And it'll go on for days or weeks, if not months. Then people will wanna watch "Dance in the Vampire Bund" and "Death Note" again.
