I don't know how she did it, but my mother was able to find a copy of Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate! I already Platinum the game when my friend let me borrow his copy, but I'm just happy to have access to the full roster! Can't wait for Marie Rose! Marie Christmas everyone!

Compare Helena's ponytail to Kasumi, Momiji, Hitomi, Kokoro, Marie Rose, and Leifang's ponytails. Notice how everyone else's ponytail is strandful and flows beautifully and looks like real hair. Helena's on the other hand is a single entity lol. It's just one large strand of blonde hair. It looks like a sausage. A blonde sausage. It's a cluster of blonde.

Maybe her hair is just heavy. My hair is heavy too. Some types of hair just don't flow in the wind like a majestic beast... oh Rachel. <3

Helena's hair is not bad.

Yeah but the thing is it wasn't like that before. Look at her hair in DOA4. I've given up on fixing her length (it's current length is more realistic) but in DOA4 she had strands towards the end of her hair. It looked very nice.

That's true. Guess we'll have to wait and see if someone eventually posts a video involving the character select screen and Marie Rose.

TNs christmas gift was iPhone and Android wallpapers. I kinda laughed at that. Why were they making such a big deal for a couple of pictures? seems like something you'd release without trying to build up some kind of hype over.

I feel like a failure, what kind of Leon jabs?! I must practice more...Leon should never need to poke or jab...


It's like a a deep personal insult, as I pride myself on not needing to do this kinda crap.


Anyone else ever done that? Had to break your playstyle, I mean? Sure, I won, BUT AT WHAT COST?!

Leon can actually do this pretty effectively and should try to when he can, I say. You can try to keep poking to force them to make a guess. If they block or hold, you can go for Desert Falcon, if they don't you can launch for an air throw.

You can also go for a CB by doing this, or try mixing a fully charged P+KT in there. Bait a hold and charge P+KT to hit them during their hold recovery. It's especially fun when you do this, then air throw them into a breakable object for another fully charged P+KT into air throw.

It's very likely. Typically all the fighting games are clustered together in arcades.

Hayabusa's (and Brad's) ponytail comes to a weird point at the end. They didn't even try to make that look good. Helena fans should consider themselves lucky. lol

But, I was over the ponytails a while back.

Just wallpapers? Screw that. I want a DOA game on the iPhone. Not necessarily a fighting game but at least has the cast up in their 5/5U/5UA character models. An NG iPhone game could be nice too.

TN hardly gave much effort on their male characters. Brad's mini low ponytail feels rather dead and doesn't flow much with the wind (same thing can be said about Gen-Fu and Kasumi's braids) while Busa and Helena's ponytails drapes around their shoulders like a hairy scarf.

If I'm not mistaken, both Hitomi and Hayate are part of it as well. Though I don't think there's been any word of a release outside Japan since.
Can't really find much else about it, other than the fact it's on the Google store. Region locked, though.

I think that is purely a Busa-only game. Doubt we'll see any of the NG girls, Hitomi or Hayate in their actual character models and be able to choose them as a playable character.
