Yep, ya know looking at this vid Gen Fu was probably a pretty harsh teacher considering he put a 10 year old through a table (suck with ages everyone is 10 IMO)

That's all the ones I can think of. Wish we could get a glimpse of Ryu's childhood that's what I really want to see.

Chinese parents/mentors tend to be harsh, strict and perfectionists. My father was like that when he didn't kick the bucket (Yes, he's Chinese too). I witnessed how he lashes my older brother almost everyday with a belt (sometimes the buckle part was used) for bad grades and cutting classes.

I think Eliot didn't changed much when he was 10 and during his debut at 16 apart from having shaggier hair back then. What is Jann Lee holding on below Eliot's picture?

American parents will beat you with a belt not so much anymore as it's considered abuse, most will not break a table with a kid despite how much they may want to lol

To be honest, visually- VF is a LOT more jerky. As in the movements are rigid. The gameplay is fine. You notice it when playing VF after other 3D fighters. But in all fairness, the current VF game is rather outdated visually so you can't really blame it. It's still running off the VF5 visuals, which is how old now? =S Pretty sure it came out around DOA4 didn't it? or just after....

VF5 came a bit after.

Can't wait for DOA6. Curious to see their new characters, as VF is an inspiration for TN. I mean, if El Blaze wasn't in VF, we would have never had La Mariposa's running stance. I think we can agree on that... She would have existed, sure, but she wouldn't be so cool in DOA5, at least.

Things DOA has VF could lack :
- a windmill & bokuho goddess

Things VF has DOA could lack :
- a monkey kung-fu fighter
- a multi-stances traditional monk
- a ultra-heavy sumo
- an ambitious judoka

No Brad is just an evolved Shun Di.
I wouldn't mind a traditional multi-stance characters like Lei Fei, in his mid 30's, with a sexy grey moustache. Not necessarely a monk and not necessarely as soporific as Feng Weng in Tekken.

A multi-stance fighter with these 5 animals would be nice if we already didn't have Christie for the snake part. I know this wouldn't be a big problem but still..
5 stances would be amazing! And a partner for Brad is much needed.

Does dreaming about becoming a celebrity = instant future skank? I don't really think so. Not all celebrities are like that.

Lindsay Lohan is a talented actress and singer and just because she's had issues with alcohol in the past does not make her a skank. That bothers the F out of me.

Mattel literally has no imagination when it comes to character designs IMO, so I guess it won't be so bad for them.:rolleyes:
