Don't know about a specific VA, but to get a rough idea of what she sounds like (assuming it's similar to her JP version) just watch the Nightcore version of any high-pitched female lead song. lol XD

I imagine it would be harder trying to do that as Brad. I played as him ONCE and he was so slow I had a tough time with it.

I didn't play 4. I took a hiatus from fighting games in general from March of 1997 through December of 2013 thanks to a very ugly, fat, smelly man named James who:
1) had a fetish for decapitating women (seriously. it was his favorite thing to do in fantasy games. he would do it so often you couldn't even play female charas in D&D or anything)
2) Smelled horrible, literally if you got within 10 ft. (~3m) of him you would gag from the B.O.
3) Eventually chose Street Fighter, etc. over obligations of even going to college or trying to better himself. Literally he was supposed to go to class and he said "Time has no meaning when you're playing Street Fighter".
Anyways, yeah, didn't play 4 (or 1, 2 or 3 for that matter).
