Congrats for having no trouble with just inputs. Sadly I do, so that's at my disadvantage lol. Your viewpoint on her moveset inputs and how it may affect how many people pick her up makes sense though.Pft I was hitting them just frames on a regular basis. I'm actually hoping they're just as difficult so only the people devoted to her will actually be good with her instead of everyone bandwagoning. However i'm doubtful. Lisa has a just frame throw and it's quite easy. Best I can hope for is they require as much skill as VF just frames.

We already have two Kasumi's that require little to no execution skill. Why should this one be the same? I think if this character has difficult just frame combo's then it'll be great to see players actually devote themselves as well as put in time into mastering this character; Similar to Alpha Patroklos, difficult to use, but comes with a huge pay off. Like Alpha Patroklos, if too difficult then there's regular patroklos.
because this is DOA the most accessible 3d fighter out there ALL the characters should remain that way.
so what if someone else can pick them up casually and still have fun with it does that really ruin the character for you?
You are notI have the feeling that I'm the only one who is not excited with this new character.
I watched the video and told to myself: "oh, she does this like Kasumi" "oh, the same kick that Kasumi" "oh, without hood, she does have the same face that kasumi", "oh, she teleports herself, like alpha, the kasumi-clone" etc.
Ok, she makes black smoke and her power blow is original. yes, the video is catchy. But but but... I can't get out of my mind that, in everyday play, she's just going to irritate me when I will face her, like alpha today ("oh, no, the kasumi clone. Can't I fight a real character!?").
Bass' BTbeing made an OH again is not "boring". It easily could jump him up to bottom of the top or top of the mid.
Except all characters are NOT easily accessible lol. Ayane, Brad Wong, Eliot, Rig, Akira, DOA5U Ein, and possibly more. These are characters that require efficiency, time, and devotion to get desired results. Pretty sure anyway who mains one of these characters can vouch for that.
No not really, I play Eliot and it does not bother me when someone plays him casually, nor did it in DOA4 when someone played Helena casually and couldn't play her effectively. I just think it would add more uniqueness and personality to phase 4 if she was a character who required effeciency, time, and devotion like for the characters I mentioned above. If you truly want to play her then you'll put in the work and time like everyone else. Sounds like someone's a bit lazy =/
Kasumi doesn't have little execution skill. I don't know why everyone says this. Some of her strings require precise inputs and can be very similar to one another and the transitions after 7K require precise timing from my experience. We already have two Kasumi's that require little to no execution skill.
