Nothing. My email is getting tossed around. Sony Hungary sent it to UK, then they sent it back, because they don't deal with cases outside their territory. TN asked me on Facebook to send them an email about my problem, but no reply from them so far.

Tani is trying to answer to all the mails sent to TN, so his reply is always delayed. You will have to wait at least 1 day or more, but be sure that you will get an answer in the end (by the way I'm not so sure how much it will be useful if for fixing this problem TN need of SCEE' support).

Evidently they don't want or can't talk for SCEE or the process involving the collaboration between them, not only because maybe lacking of info but also for a matter of confidential agreements. For this reason I stated that sending them a mail now about the matter is meaningless, just as for example to ask about the details of the PC release (it's evident as just now they don't want mention publicly them for personal reasons that we can't realize). Considering that this problem is present from months, if they wanted say us something more they would have already done it.

When I sent them my first mail I asked about the missing of the "Last Round Pack" for old gen, supposing that this could be related to the problem of DLC storage recently mentioned and that could have pushed them to change plans. Apparently recognizing that my supposition was right, they admitted that this was one of the causes for the current lacking of it, but they could't enter into the details for such confidential reasons.

Yeah thats why i downloaded only the catalogue for the ninja pack 2 so far and bought nothing because i was pretty sure without the update we re screwed. In the german store the same problem with the hot getaway 3 packs each 4,99 or the complete for 12,99. However even for some works to download the getaway outfits now all Outfits have to transfer in every EU Store without any problems or questions or delays there is no excuse especially not after nearly 1 month.

True, at this point I'm not even sure if everything will be free to download once this issue has been dealt with. According to TN we would be able to download the previously bought costumes for free in the store, but with all this drama, I sure hope they keep their word.

All these vague and meaningless responses... If America and Asia have the 1.02 patch, what is the reason EU doesn't? I'm a reasonable man and understand reasonable arguments, but they haven't given any. Is there any difference between US/Asia and EU patches so that they can't be released at the same date? I'm not so bothered by the delay, but more by the "we don't give a fuck, we don't like to explain ourself, please stop nagging us" attitude.

If they said: The EU patch got delayed because .... (insert reason), I'd have no issue with that.

My thoughts exactly.

I wrote a mail to both, TN and the Sony costumer service of Germany.
Last time when I was complaining about the downloads not being available they were just blaming each other.
Now I said I don't give a damn who is responsable for the mess, I just want my money back.
I wonder, what they will answer...

I keep getting the feeling that current gen games always release "as fast as possible" where basically the costumers beta test the product and where the final game comes through patches later. By all means, I am glad we've had the possibility of getting a game 95% complete 3 months ahead of time because of it, but if the EU keep getting the short end... Basically before we had the "Friday release (EU) vs Thursday release (US)" making the US getting it 3 days ahead of time. However, I don't really see the reason for why patches should be delayed the same way when it has nothing to do with transportation and opening hours.

As a lot of people have said before, there would be really nice to know a reason behind down on a more detailed level, because when it takes so long time you start getting suspicious and worried. I mean, are we bad costumers and gotten a lower priority because of it? I have no track record of DoA games sold in the region, but there are more consoles historically sold in the EU than any other comparable region, and considering many Eastern EU countries has increased in prosperity over the years... I mean there was 30 million PS3s sold here, compared to 15 mill NA (Can+US) and 6,5 million JPN. X360 was 14 mill EU, 25 mill NA and 1,5 mill JPN.This means that for last gen numbers, the EU stand for the majority of consoles at 44 million units, the US at 40 million and JPN at 8 million. Despite our region being the biggest one for console gaming, we still seem to be lower priority. I mean, the money and incentive/potential is there, so why do we falling behind? Are we simply not buying DoA? Do our PAL region causes difficulties? Are we not demanding enough and too forgiving? Do the ghosts of Napoléon, Elizabeth and Bismarck secretly collaborate and possess SCEE and TK EU members in order to prevent the ghost of Oda Nobunaga to join the tea party? Well, someone call the exorcist, we need to get this issue sorted out.

Seems this isn't limited to PS3. A couple of posts from people on PS4 that bought the season pass, and can't use any of the content, despite having all the relevant catalogs.

And still TN have said nothing.

What do you mean by 'reseted,' @TOBMAST3R ? was ist los? DLC ist gebrochen?

It's not there anymore. You can't even see the outfits in the character selection screen. (I'm talking about Ninja Clan DLC 1 only).

EDIT: After I deleted the system data of DoA5LR, everything is back. Titles and stuff has gone but I never mind. It's not that important to me.

Well, the patch is out, that is the most important! :)

I'm sure they get the costumes sorted out soon enough.

Okay so as some of you know the patch is out.

It is also possible to download the Hot Getaway pack for free. So whoever hasn't done so, go ahead and do it.

I inserted the apparent cheat code (L1+L2+R1+R2) on the option menu, I heard a quick sound but I don't really see any changes except I got all win and lose poses. It seems no new costumes are unlocked even though I still had a few which could be unlocked by playing (they said this cheat code would unlock all of the costumes, but I figured they don't mean DLC costumes as well).

As for the rest, we will have to wait until they sort out the DLC in the store. For example I still don't have any of the private paradise videos unlocked, even tough I bought them already.

I also don't have any costumes unlocked from packs such as Ultimate sexy, Bath & Bed time and the Halloween packs. Obviously there are more people with this issue, but I'm just letting some of you know that I have the same problem. Let's just hope they sort everything out accordingly.
