I'm just disappointed that she can't actually play like a grappler with her command grabs is all. Kinda defeats the purpose of a command grab if its no good outside of comboing into it. May as well just be a regular combo animation.
That said vaguely interested in Torr. Played him at launch tourney and did well enough with him. REALLY hard to close distance though, and he has no armor so its hard to stay in close.

But do the differences change based in costume, like Goro gaining a helmet or mileena taking off her mask, or other headgear?They have subtle differences to note te variation chosen. (ie: Ninjitsu Scorpion has swords on his back; Kitana has a blue glow when in Mournful variation obviously to denote the staff moves ala Jade)

how the hell is the damage not high if you can get 54% in the corner without even 2 bars?i should post some Thunder God Raiden videos on here as well. the damage isn't that high, but future raiden+thunder god+sky temple=godlike
honestly run combos won't be needed unless it's absolutely necessary, especially online. Just juggling them in the air is hard enough honestly. Also i'm switching to Kenshi, Takeda is too hard for me to learn the timing on him. And kenshi is a bad ass.I need a lot more lab time with Jacqui. I have no idea how to do these damn run combos. For Jacqui, run combos are essential. She's one of the more difficult characters to learn because of it.

Lucky bastard, we have M2Dave he's a zonning zealot that fell in love with cybernetic Kano and everytime he speaks I have the strongest desire to punch him in the face.
With commando it's pretty important as well as you need to combine Run cancels and Ball cancels. it's Kano's best way to get high dammage since he lacks cutthroat'so launchers.
I think it's just character/variation dependent. for example the teleporters don't really need to mess with it since they'll never be out of range.
This is fine and all but I don't play Kano and Jacqui is pretty much the same across all variations.
