No the difference is that in unleashed, even the platforming was at high speed, you could blitz it. With colors and generations its designed so you actually have to stop running, which should never be a thing in Sonic.Woooow, so much wow at this, you have a really unorthodox opinion on popular franchises. I don't really agree with you but i still respect your opinion.
Unleashed also had those platforming sections and if you want to get real deep into it, Unleashed came in 2008 while colors in 2010 so really the one guilty for those sections is Unleashed itself, and no the Werehog was just a bad concept just for Sonic to have another stupid transformation (a hedgehog turning into a werewolf? seriously?) the moment that "character" was introduced was the moment Unleashed stopped being a Sonic game lol.
Man i am at a loss for words on this one, RE4 hasn't aged well? No way man, not even by a long shot. Not only is it the best RE game to date, its one of the best games ever freaking made and Outbreak?? whaaat? you're saying that's better than RE Remake?
And yeah the were hog as a concept was retarded. I'm just saying the actual gameplay wasn't bad, and more akin to the Knuckles gameplay id always wanted.
On re, I'm not counting Remake. Both because I haven't beat it and because its a completely different game from other REs.
But Outbreak is better than re1-3 IMO. Better controls, more replay value, multiple scenarios, dozens of characters, etc.
On re4 I've tried getting into it again and again but to me its just a really clunky, primitive shooter and nothing more. 5 is the same but co op makes everything awesome. Re6 had the best controls but gameplay was a snoozefest. I like ORC because its just solid all around compared to re456. Minus the awkward cover system lol. It felt like what 456 really wanted to be.
