If this upcoming DOAX game were to be a legit volleyball game with all the characters, well...that would still be hella weird to do with fighting game characters, but it might be fun. I'd at least try it. I can't even think of that many volleyball video games that actually exist.
If it's just another excuse to play bikini dress up and take creep shots of virtual waifus while shaking the sixaxis controller, then no thanks. Judging by them feeling the need to keep it to Japan and Asia, it's probably the latter.

My reaction if TN is stupid enough to make DOAX3 a JP only game just because they worry about the irrelevant ass vocal minority complaining about it
Agreed, can't forget about the amazing concept of Leon fighting a crocodile and a bear.
True, as well as keeping a mixture on having both the male and female cast in one game with a similar fashion to Mario Party and the mini games, I wouldn't mind a volleyball type version that is concentrated in the gameplay. I would likely buy it if they developed a Pool Table game, Poker, Blackjack, Bowling and so on.

The stage looks great, can't wait to see more.
I actually think with X3 being in development that it is actually a smart idea to make this swimsuit pack. They are all brand new swimsuits that are unique (at least from what we saw so far) and can give s good indication on what each girls collection will be like.
Kinda makes me more curious on what Phase 4 will get and how it compares/contrast to Kasumi's.
Yeah whatever, still bizarrely ridiculous logic nonetheless (not against males in DOAX3 but still).

Judging from previous sales numbers, wouldn't it actually be a vocal minority of DOA fans that even want it in the first place...?
But, I guess it did sell more units in the west just through sheer population difference probably. If the localization costs aren't that huge, I'd think that at least digital only would be an option.

Only DOAX2/DOAP didn't do well, DOAXBV did really good. And I have a good feeling DOAX3 will likely be the best among them all and will sell more then those titles. And I am sure many DOA fans want DOAX3.
It just makes me upset that so many fans Japanese and overseas have requested and hoped for this game for a long time. And now that it is finally happening, for TN to say "it's a Asian exclusive game" is a total slap in the face to all the non-Japanese fans hoping for DOAX3 to happen.
And whats worse is that they are so worried about people who won't play it complain about it just because it is a game with fanservice in it. I mean Senran Kagura gotten hate and complaints from some but that didn't stop the developers from localizing it to the US and Europe and it sure as hell didn't stop the game from selling well.
So TN needs to stop acting scary and give all the fans access to DOAX3.
Problem with with the DOA X series is/was: The first one was actually good and fun and it was sexy in a good, healthy way. My mom actually bought it for me back then and I could play it on the weekends in broad daylight with my cousins (which are female). Great memories! XD The second iteration however was bad and tedious and I felt like a creeper playing it behind closed doors, because it was more sleazy then sexy.
So, I wonder which direction DOAX 3 is going... If I try to imagine, what they'll do in a DOAX2 kind of game especially with Marie and Honoka... Oh, hell no! D:

Nobody cared enough about them to post them lol. I think Kasumi's necklace is from her sundress outfit and Marie's rose looks a bit like the one on her LR outfit. Uhm, have you played DOAX2? You can change the angle as you wish and zoom right in on their lady parts, when they spread their legs. This gif is actually very tame and the only one I found.

Tamiki Wakaki DLC is available on both current and old generation of consoles. Even so the textures seems to be much more good compared to the previous destructable outfits, so apparently their presence on old gen is not the fundamental factor for a worse quality.
