I use 6P+K TLC 6K , BS 4KK , BS 6H+KK for an easy no-timing juggle.We need a 3rd quick taunt like hocking a loogie or something
Do any of you guys consistently use his 4-6 launcher throw? If so what string is the easiest to consistently juggle?

You can use them as a mix-up though. A lot of people expect 33K and go for a mid kick hold. In that case you can do a throw or high launcher.and ...I think rig's high lancher sucks, and are both too slow for a strike character

yep 9P is,but it has 2 critical issueim totally agree wth you high launcher are a little too slow...but actually 9P ts his best high launcher f you have counter hit wth 9P just do an other one and you have best damage compared to 9K
after you can place 9K with 6K9K its really goodin some situation.
my opinion is rig need to inform opponent his mddle kick do all works so opponent dont care and hold eveytime with middle kick hold and you just need to do stun to launch or confirm the hold after some recurent phase like
big stun--launch
big stun--feint--confirm hold--blow out...
big stun--reset--...
rig have lot of very good weapon to do pressing, reset, mix up so its very good character for agressive player...
and dont forget his P high launcher next to some danger zone its pretty cool
STUN--p--pp4kkk can have a wall, breakable object, fall ....
with the pp4kk4k you can have the ground damage or change stage...
for me rig have all the weapon to do good work just need to confirm hold, and do good mix up after you are never preparde against a random lucky hold
