Thanks @CyberEvil for Separating Content / Allowing it. Things were getting lost.

We also need a thread for tools and utils, so this is it unless a better idea comes up.

For starters, question regarding the latest DLC tool since I can't quote the older thread. I think @Amaso posted the link. I tried creating a new DLC and when I chose a file name I got a 'Object not set to instance of an object error' since the README is in Japanese. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks.

Which version are you using (what's the DLCTool's folder name) ?
And here you can always find the latest DLC Tool and ABC Transformer

I was using the Japanese one and not the one from sf234. I've been using sf234's until recently, but I'm assuming it hasn't been updated for the new patch.

So , you're switching from sf234's DLC Tool to rirysukisuki's DLC Tool hogehoge .
I honestly don't know how to fix this , I heard a lot of people had this issue .
Just try updating your DLC Tool to the latest version .

Also More stuff for the top post :p

speaking of loverslab: what is going on there? all threads links I had to there end up in an error. And looking through the forum, all the DOA stuff seems to have vanished.

If the hogehoge DLC doesn't work how do I got about recreating a new DLC since with the new update some character's are maxed out on DLC slots? I'd prefer to still use the sf234 version, but unless there's something to update it, I'm not sure what to do.

This is what happens with the hoge tool.

CharacterTransformer tool has been updated. I personally prefer using it instead of ABC transformer:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/qc52bnh7fgy6gti/DOA5LRCharacterTransformerTool_V_0_2_7.zip

You can also find Naotora texture here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/3mntm6twyos4t3f/Naotora.zip

Things interesting in this tool is that it does automatic bone collision, replace accessories approximatively to fit the character (hat, flower, bunny ears, etc.) and then drive you to skeleton patcher and skin mcol replacement. Then you just need to replace the skin in texture tool with the texture in the second link.

You can also set in what degree you want your costume to fit a character. For example if you want to transform a costume from Christie to Marie if you select 1 the body will be the closest to Marie's body proportion and if you select 100 it will be the closest to Christie. So if you want Marie to have a slightly bigger breast, you can select 30. You can try several numbers and see what result look the best.

Sooo we have no present DLC solution? :( I'm on Windows 7, what is everyone else using? In case it's an OS thing....

MS is so dumb in the error reporting, that error is like the bane to development in .NET XD

@The Enforcer
i had that problem as well
the solution is choosing low numbers like 1,2,100,150..etc
now i had created a lot of DLCs in the new tool and when i tried to set any number it works fine

Do you mean for the file name? as in call it a lower number like '100' ? I was originally trying to using the 6 digit naming convention used by the actual game for DLC folders.
