So theoretically if Hayashi hadn’t confirmed that 2017 would be the end of dlc I imagine it’d be like
2015: a horn and wings
2016: ears and a tail
2017: afro
2018: a toothpick hanging off her lip
2019: a slightly different shade of green
2020: her exact C1 for $2 so both players can use the same thing if they want
2021: Mai boots Alpha out of the halloween dlc when SNK finally lets them make dlc for her

Sure, Alpha-152 looks real dumb... but then I thought she always did Druid Alpha is a gorgeous illustration, but I struggle somewhat to picture what it'd actually look like in-game, so I can't really fault them for going with something a little simpler. @Boogie I feel your pain though, lol. And thanks for the heads-up re: e-mails, I'll just sit tight for the time being, then.
Night Owl Hayate looks really cool! Great concept, and from what we can see I like how it's translated to 3D as well.
Gnome Leon is... kinda cute? I feel like it's not gonna be as charming or funny on the actual character model in the game, but I gotta imagine Leon didn't get a massive amount of designs though, so it seems like a decent enough pick imho.

Don't know If I said but that Gnome Leon one is really cool actually, Yeah not sure how many he got but it's cute. And yeah the druid one was nice too. And for Lisa who knows yet, I have my own entries for her so I really hope one of them gets picked but I wish you luck @Boogie, I liked your outfit for her too with the afro. We'll see soon hopefully though. I'm sure @KasumiLover69 wants to see Eliot though.

What a bummer for Leon's costume. I was even hoping for Argentus's costume if not mine. Gave all the cool costumes to the ninjas, got stuck with all the goofy ones.
I mean wtf, the guy who made Gen Fu into a gnome last year, won again for Leon as a gnome. How retarded and unfair is that? Where's the new and creativity? Didn't they say it should be an original design?

Yeah, those are amazing too.
In fact, on the team ninja website, the designer challenge entry specifically says "The design must be original works and not copies of existing designs." and you have the winner on twitter saying "I can pair with my other design from the Halloween costume last year Genfu as Gnome"
The same designer made the same design for a different character. How crazy rediculous and unfair is this? Team Ninja breaking their own rules!

Yeah I find it unfair they choose the same designers every year, I mean don't get me wrong, love their designs but still why not give less known designers a shot?
Also doesn't help that they choose the same designer for multiple characters, like the one who made that godly Hayate veil outfit was chosen two years in a row for both Hayate and Hayabusa. And it's also sad how they waste character designs by giving some copy paste of another character's Halloween costume
