Ah, speaking of which. I was a fool to believe that the DC & TF were on par with the true dragon sword. Yes the combination might carry both swords of great power together... but man, some of the stuff you can do with the TDS is SOOO much better than with the dual swords. It's so much more balanced (is that bad grammar?) and just... amazing.
Just thought I'd throw that out there. I also found out why I don't like the Jinran-maru + BotA combination... Neither of them have a special effect around them. Jinran-maru is just a simple sword, and shorter than the BotA (I like symmetry as well) but it doesn't glow like the TDS, and the BotA itself still isn't activated so there's no red lightning.
They just look like two katana that were randomly picked up... be that half true...
Not sure I think by chapter 7-8 your allowed to max out a weapon, also you can only upgrade one weapon per shop once
Derp. I misread what you were saying.
g-gill is right. NGS2 has a stupid system of weapon upgrades where they restrict them based on level/location, and they're totally free. You can revisit levels with your upgraded weapons in chapter challenge though.

yea, it was great.
BotA is considered the best because of the invincibility with 360 Y I believe. There's xy(hold) shuriken cancel too..., which everyone seems to do, cause I guess it makes it so you don't have to commit to a full combo.

So I'm playing the demo... and I said "fuck that" and I ran as far as I could with all the ninjas following me. Ended up having 12 after me + the two that pop up at the red essence chest all in the first stage before the door that's locked.
Needless to say. FPS DROP LIKE A BITCH.

If you haven't beaten the level? Yes.
If you've already beaten a level, then everything you purchased will be saved when you re-start the game. Same with CC stats, unlocks, difficulties, etc.

i read that the new costumes came out for free on the wii u,but for what it seems the ps3 and xbox players will need to buy these costumes at later date because so far the only way to get it is pre ordering from gameshop.do u guys have any information on how this will actualy come out?Im a bit confused, I realy want that busa costume

i hope so.it kinda sucks though,I mean I can only pre order from amazon.uk with pre order bonus and they dont give these dlcs at the moment,and in my country theres no pre order bonus options.maybe we will be lucky and get it for free after some time, I mean its free for wii u,why not for ps3 and xbox right?

At present: they have announced no plans to release the costumes as regular DLC. For PS360, they are said to be available only if you pre-order the game.
Cyber seems to have some insider info with TN, so he might know if they have secret DLC plans in the future (but if he did, I'm not sure he'd be at liberty to share such information).

I think that very likely they will be available also after like a paid DLC, exactly like happened for the bunny outfits for Doa5.
