Oh shit, confirmation of DOA5U?? Maybe time to get hype... I recall In the Prima interview Shinbori mentions that they'd like to include Leon, Ein, Tengu, and other characters in "the next game."

I'd definitely like a DOA5U with Ein, Leon, Tengu, and all DLC, but it better not be Wii U exclusive. I really don't want to buy a Wii U.

It doesn't quite do it for me. Still too vague. It was already safe enough to assume that the forsaken Trinity would more than likely make a return in DOA6, but that will be a very long time from now.

There's a chance that there could be a DOA5U with his inclusion. He did say you couldn't keep a good man down for long. DOA6's development would definitely count as "long" in my book.

Now if we could just get something on Ein...

Who does want a WiiU? lol Retailers struggling to move them even at $250... My prediction:

- Simultaneous Fall 2013 release
- Complete DOAD cast with DOA5 newcomers
- WiiU version includes all previous DLC, touch battle, Nintendo costumes - $60
- PS360 version is just upgraded DOA5, *maybe* partial DLC - $40 (basically what Capcom did with SF4)

Over Bankotsubo? Blasphemy!

Ahaha! XD I wanted say a return of Raidou in the plot, sadly Tengu is the boss less tied to the story of the series of every others, so from this pov Raidou could give surely a major contribute.

But from reasons tied to the gameplay, surely Tengu has the priority on Raidou ;)

PS: I would love a DOA5 with all the Doa Dimensions cast...

Me! Me! I want a Wii U!
I doesn't have many good games right now (besides Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate, New Super Mario Bros. U, Lego City Undercover, and some 360/PS3 ports), but it is getting Pikmin 3, new Mario Kart, Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker remake, a new 3D Mario, and more unknown games.
Anyway, I would love a DOA5U, but it seems a bit pointless to me since we have DOA5+, even though its just an enhanced port rather than a remake. I feel that DOA5U would come sometime after DOA6 like DOAU came after DOA3.

Been wanting Raidou since they canned him from DOA2 ...
Most fighting games kept their last bosses for a really long time ..

most importantly VF had Dural .. and I assumed that DOA would follow with that logic and give us Raidou all the way but didn't ..
in DOA1 there was that sense of .. (Gouki/Akuma) from SF to him .. maybe its the hair, maybe its the overgrown mustache, or the fact that his moveset was just taken from other cast members .. I dunno .. and you only got him after finishing the game with everyone

having him in DOAD was nice but .. I instantly lost interest due to the overall poor quality of the game (particularly tag mode which they just decided to kill)

anyway..

The news of the Leon hint IS refreshing... but realistically speaking still confirms nothing ... yet ...

I'm still crossing fingers for E3.. who knows ..
The game's build-up, and its select screens, are all made to accommodate future cast members in all versions of the game released so far.. its still possible... :)

(Throw in Kage, Wolf and Eileen into the mix and i dont need to play any other game for the rest of my life .. lol .. but thats pushing it for now ... maybe in a future DOAxVF ? .. one can only dream )

DOA5U: Momiji and Rachel......... That is all.

No, would rather have established cast members return first ...
but if they decide to throw them in then sure .. why the hell not :p

I always thought that Rachel seemed like a glaring omission from DOA actually, as it would have been cool to have that cross-over, but that's just me. I never did get the whole obsession about Momiji though.

I don't get the obsession either. Personally, I don't want either of them, though I'd be fine with Rachel making it in. If we do have to get one, I'd certainly rather have Rachel than Momiji. DOA has way too many ninja characters as it is. We don't need any more. Hell, because of the fact that we have too many ninjas, I don't even want Shiden to come back, but I know that that's an unpopular opinion.

But Momiji's not a ninja, she's a shrine maiden : P
But yeah, I actually want to see Momiji AND Rachel in a future DoA title since I love them both equally XD I honestly can't see why most people would hate Rachel since she's always been a pretty good staple character for Ninja Gaiden. Not putting her or Momiji in a DoA game sounds like a missed opportunity. Doubt that would happen since there's no way possible of involving fiend hunting in DoA.

a large part of it has to do with her clothes,no one is going to take you serious when you dress like a stripper even if you can swing a hundred pound hammer.that's why i always use her business outfit until she gets better "armor"

I'd bring up Christie's stripper outfit, but I probably shouldn't go there. No doubt Rachel's "armor" is pretty ridiculous. Especially with the size of those jugs

If you played DS, you'd know she's more of a ninja than anyone in the Mugen Tenshin clan.

Anyway, I'd love to see Momiji, but Leon alone would be fucking wonderful. He'd likely usurp Rig as my sub-main. A DOA5U would also open up the possibility for more good music options, more stages, etc. that I'd be crazy for, so yeah. Seems too good to be true, but I'd love that (as long as my ridiculous money spent on costume DLC transferred over).

Tom Lee re-confirmed that there would be something "big" for E3 (during Final Round 16). No idea what it could be.
He also said they would slow down with the patches, because the game and the mechanics are pretty solid now. He said there was more DLCs in store though.

Can't.wait.for.June.
