Yo, Tamaki's 46P sabaki highs and mid punches from what I saw, is only -6 from what I hear, and has 5 active frames with a crumple stun which is deep.
Son that's a good move. If your opponent isn't a grappler, you can sorta abuse it.
You might be able to meaty/frame manipulation with one of Tamaki's lows and that tracking mid that's -3.
