    The knee isn't even one frame in doa though it's still a hassle to do consistently. But the knee shouldn't be your reason not to pick him up. Akira takes a lot of skill to use but once you master him, he hits like a truck. Embrace the power of the knee....KNEE! KNEE! KNEE!

    So far I have been in the lab with Akira yesterday practicing the GBoD and KNEE and so far I can do both albeit not consistently. It's just that it seems if you want to master Akira you have to master the KNEE as well. That reason itself is why I'm having trouble picking him up.

    The knee is still considered a 1-Frame. Mr.Wah will tell you that, It's just that it's easier to buffer in this game.

    It was once the strongest low throw in the game. It may very well still be, though it'll probably do a little less than Ryu's new low Izuna

    Dat MK10 trailer was awesome! Much hype, such fighting, FATALITY! But... why can't Sub-Zero beat Skorpion for once?

    lol he ok not that great but people like him. Out of all the ninjas Scorpion and Reptile are my favorites.

    But Sub Zero is there to make Scorpion look good lol. Good for Scorpion fans, bad for Sub Zero fans.

    I am one of those people that like him. My favorite characters are Liu Kang(I was so pissed when he died in MK9(sorry if that was a spoiler)), and Sub-Zero.
    Well Subz and Scorpion is the main rivalry in the entire series but I just have one problem with it. SCORPION ALWAYS WINS! Fire does beat Ice but can't it be even. I just want Subz to at least win once.
    P.S The fatality at the end of the trailer was boss.

    There are so many interesting characters in MK so I like a lot of them. Liu Kang also one of my favorites along with Quan Chi, Shinnok, and a bunch of others. (Actually quite possible Liu Kang survived)

    But he's Scorpion lol. Fire beats ice but Scorpion is the Ryu of MK so of course he will win mostly plus Scorpion is Ed Boon's favorite character.

    She's kinda what you call a lancer, in that she can advance hitboxes that are way beyond her hurt boxes.

    ^100% Agreed with Requiem. Kokoro does great in her opponents face, but she has a bunch of great spacing tools, including great launchers which can also be used as a spacing/launching move. She's a lot better than most people give her credit for, lol.

    Ok thanks for clarifying. Its just she has the tools and plays like a rushdown character so her being good at spacing is a surprise to me. I want to use Kokoro in the future(after Eliot) anyway so I guess take that advice.

    LOL! Uhm. Just a tiny bit? ^^' I usually just tell people to ignore him. I mean, he's not much of a people person. As you could tell, I was trying to keep him in line. It's not even that he hates people, he hates online. Lol. I think he said the main reason he even plays DOA online is to play with me, since that's the only game we have in common. ^^

    Oh so he's one of the "I hate online" guys. He just seemed to dislike fighting, anime characters, MEGAMAN, etc. But, I understand his hatred a little.

    Only thing I'll probably hate about Tengu is his weight. I already have problems using combos on Bass...

    4 characters are actually in the super heavyweight category. I don't seem to be having difficulties executing combos even though they can't be juggled on the air for a long time (maybe except in the case of a Power Launcher).

    I just feel as though Tengu will have his own weight class. I only struggle with super heavyweights with Kasumi. I just feel like Tengu will cause problems due to weight.

    At most, I think he will be the 5th super heavy. Maybe it would be best to start formulating out combos that would work against them.

    I like the VF characters, just for this reason I said that I'm a fan of the AM2 series (so Virtua Fighter); and personally I love the work that TN made on the 4 guests

    But this is a DoA game thought for the fans of Team Ninja not the new VF or a crossover: personally I'm unable to wish for another guest and to cut that room to a new character that could end to become a new favourite one for the players, or to get back old ones from the past games or from the NG series (seeing as often the TN fans like both DoA and NG).
