I can see some characters getting cut, ein and leon being the most likely since they got relegated to dlc in doa5, gen and alpha 152 also seem likely due to having little significance to the story at this point (both got 1 cutscene in doa5 storymode and that was it)

Every1 else at this point feels too new or connected to the plot to get the axe, but who knows, maybe TN will surprise us

25 is seeming like a realistic number now (though I was hoping for about 30). ALPHA-152 is pretty much guaranteed to get cut. Concerned for Ein, Lisa, GenFu, and Leon. Though Ein & Leon's "hard-hitting" fighting styles fit in with DOA6's direction.
