Yeah, VF kinda needs more players for that. Tekken elitists are some of the worst creatures in the FGC. They probably don't even understand that majority of the elements that make Tekken "deep" (compared to 2D fighters) are just typical 3D fighter elements such as navigating and understanding large movesets, movement, etc.

DOA isn’t that toxic online, so far it are only a few people on DOA that are annoying. When you play tekken you can’t even say you play DOA because you’ll get all of those misinformed judgmental opinions thrown at you.

DOA can actually be pretty toxic online especially in a lobby with 1-bar Hayates, Hayabusas or Ayanes for instance. Though, yeah, don't bring up DOA in Tekken online rooms. Nothing good generally results from it.
