Phase 4... High damage? Uuuuh.. Without a Danger Zone or her Break Blow she does fuck all. She literally tickles with all her combos now thanks to the shitty scaling on combos in 6, whilst every other character in the game does double the damage with just a simple combo that requires literally no effort. Phase 4 has great speed, yes, but she struggles in literally every other aspect, compared to the rest of the chars
