Believe it or not there was a time when Tina was not just a collection of crush moves and BT mix ups, granted she wasn't very good during those times but I still hate doa5/doa6 Tina's design
@Chaos She's one of the few characters who actually get okizeme in this game and forces you to stand up immediately while 80% of the cast can't do that. Her combos do way too much damage and she's too simple to use. Her one grab with is the one where you hold 3 basically does as much damage as alpha's burst but for some reason Tina is a middle weight who can actually have holds. Because of the nerfed oki mechanics
command grab/wakeup kicks become a proper mixup. This game caters to her far too much and because of how strong everything is especially with how much damage her grabs do it's really easy to scrub out wins with her. I actually would rather deal with doa5 gen fu at this point.
DOA6 Tina scarier than DOA5 Gen fu? that's a knee slapper!
Gen fu is faster, has better throws ( Gen fu 236T > all of Tina's throws, a launching throw that can be cashed out for 90+ dmg on NH or lead to a +4 restand? now that's a good throw), has real okizeme (tina oki is not that good) the only thing Tina has over Gen Fu is damage off the 50/50, but other than that Gen fu is scarier in every way
